Last week, Kindergarten students at PES had the opportunity to participate in making their own applesauce in the classroom. They cut, measured, poured and mixed apples, sugar, cinnamon and water. They left it to heat all day and then finally got to try it out at snack time in the afternoon! All of them loved the process. Most of them loved the final product!
