The 29th Annual Logan County FFA Field Day Career Development Event took place on March 5th in Paris. The event consisted of 13 contests, located at Paris High School Campus, Paris Rodeo Arena and the Logan County Fairgrounds. Over 1600 students from about 80 schools across Arkansas competed in the annual event this year. The event included contests in vet science, electricity, milk quality and products, livestock evaluation, forestry, farm business management, floriculture, meats evaluation, nursery and landscape, poultry evaluation, among several others.
Students rotated between contest sites throughout the morning, convening for lunch at the Logan County Fairgrounds. The students enjoyed all the hands-on experience in preparation for future careers in the agricultural and related industries. #collegereadycareerreadylifeready #wearepariseagles
