We greatly appreciate our community and the support.
Paris Middle School would like to thank Dennis and Devon Carlisle and Carlisle Roofing and Construction for purchasing a shirt for every teacher and worker at PMS! A great day wrapping up Teacher Appreciation Week.
PRE-K ENROLLMENT IS HAPPENING NOW! If you have a child who will turn 4, 3, or 2 1/2 on or before August 1, 2022 and are interested in enrolling them in Pre-K for the 2022-2023 school year, go to the Paris School District website and fill out the Bright Opportunities Program Wait List Application. You will be placed on our waiting list and will be sent registration information when a spot becomes available for your child. DON'T WAIT...we are filling up fast!

After a week of testing, Friday will be a reward day with activities planned throughout the day. We will be inside and out enjoying the day with games and activities. We will also have a concession stand available if students want to purchase snacks in the afternoon.

The Arkansas Association of Instructional Media (AAIM) recently announced the winners of its annual awards and scholarships. The Arkansas Association of Instructional Media is a professional organization dedicated to the improvement of education and literacy through the use of communications, technology, and media. Award and Scholarship winners will be honored at AAIM’s Annual Conference, held April 24-26 in Little Rock.

Tutoring: Due to a staff meeting there will be no after school tutoring today.
Taylor Risinger with ATU Ozark came and talked to our 8th graders today- she shared all of the certificates and associates degrees offered on the Ozark campus. She also talked about funds to pay for college. It’s never to early to start planning for the future!

Haleigh Austin, Child Abuse Education Specialist with River Valley Child Advocacy Center is presenting to our MS students this week. She is discussing the 6 types of abuse and how to spot red flags. We appreciate Mrs. Robertson organizing this speaker for our students.
After School Tutoring starts back this week on Monday and Wednesday from 3:15-4:15. Please contact a teacher or the front office to get your child signed up.
CONGRATULATIONS QUIZ BOWL: 6th grade got 4th place in our co-op. This is a huge deal because they had to beat out 12 schools. Their questions were VERY hard, to say the least, and far beyond their grade level. Good job Eagles!
Reminder Parent/Teacher conferences are going on till 7:00 tonight!
