NO WELLNESS CENTER FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK!

We some very caring kiddos in our Eagle family! Jacob Fletcher, 6th grade student at Paris Middle School, started a project at his church, collecting winter gear to be able to give gloves, socks, and other items to kids at PMS that may need it for the winter months ahead. He distributed the items to students who stopped by between classes. Way to go! #wearepariseagles

Paris Middle School students in Mr. Ty Varnell's ETE (Engineering and Technology Education) class have spent time over the past couple of weeks designing, building, and racing their own CO2 dragsters. The students have been learning about thrust, pressure, friction and velocity. The grand champion was Olivia Koch with her McDonald's dragster! #wearepariseagles

PMS will be hosting an ugly Christmas sweater contest for students tomorrow with prizes being awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! Show us what ya got!

Best of luck to all our Eagles who are taking semester tests this week! You got this! #wearepariseagles

PMS is participating in the “Shoes for Water” campaign once again this year. If you have used shoes (with the sole still attached) and would like to donate them there will be boxes placed in the hallway adjoining the gym lobby. Please put one pair of shoes in a plastic bag (Wal-Mart, Dollar General bag, etc.) and your donations will be used to help furnish water to needy folks in less fortunate circumstances than those in which we live. Donations will be accepted December 2 – December 16.

This year for the PMS Elf Contest, students are asked to bring donations of pet food, collars, treats, etc. to purchase a "gift" ticket to put on a teacher of their choice (Mr. Ty Varnell, Mr Jeremy Dryman, Mr. Josh Rhinehart, Mrs. Savanna Wewers or Mrs. Katie Ulmer). The teacher with the most "gifts" will get the joy of wearing the elf costume all day on December 18th! All items collected will be donated to our local FurGet Me Not foundation.

Join us tonight at Paris Middle School for Cookies with Santa in the Safe Room from 5- 6 pm. Everyone will have the opportunity to make a gingerbread house and enjoy cookies with Santa! #wearepariseagles
